POSITION OBJECTIVE

2.Explore and lead potential business growth
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
1.Understand the market and customer needs in focused industries
2.Provide Flow consultant service and promote Flow solution in focused industries
3.Consolidate the global sources to leverage the China marketing activities
4.Create sales tools in target industries
5.Coordinate the project pursuit with sales teams
6.Report competitor product updates and technical moves
7.Conduct market study in focused industry segment or territory
8.Complete other job assigned by supervisor / manager
SCOPE
Focus on key target industries and potential business opportunities
JOB COMPETENCIES, AND COMPETENCY STANDARD NEEDED
·Understanding of the selling and marketing process.
·Clear understanding of product price structure and strategies
·Ability to compile and deliver an audience specific presentation.
·Strong interpersonal skills - both oral and written.
·Facilitate customer communications regarding product sales, application issues, troubleshooting and product failures.
·Ability to plan and implement effectively.
·Adaptation of sales and marketing plans and collateral for local requirements
·Support analysis of project profitability analysis.
·Assure motivation of customers and selling channel to achieve objectives
·All forms of communication internally and externally
·Customer support skills required
·Effective time management and prioritization
·Able to fully grasp understanding of product and it's applications in industrial applications
EDUCATION/TRAINING/EXPERIENCE
1.Strong Flow expertises and familiar with main Flow supplier products
2.Technical English reading and writing is a must and good oral English is preferred
3.Excellent presentation and communication skills
4.Be ready for frequent travel
