1. Knowledge to interpret automotive engineering drawings and be abele to develop inspection methods and programs that will assure all customer requirements are achieved
2. Extensive knowledge of geometric dimension & toleranceing (GD&T) as related to automotive engineering drawings
3. Ability to program B&S CMM from customer engineering drawings
4. Knowledge of metallurgical testing equipment such as spectrometer, Rockwell Hardness tester, carbon/ sulfur analyzer, etc. Be abele to operate and interrupt results and wright reports.
5. Understanding of all MSA test and study requirements, gage R&R, stability, etc
6. Competence to perform capability studies that will assure customer product characteristics are capable and in control
