1. implement personnel planning and proactively take suitable measures and channels to attract and recruit people.實(shí)施人力資源規(guī)劃并且主動(dòng)選擇合適的方式和渠道吸引和招募人才；
2. responsible for staffing, e.g. probation talk, contract renewal, salary review and etc.負(fù)責(zé)員工管理，如：試用期談話、合同續(xù)簽、薪資回顧等；
3. in charge of employee development e.g. contact talk and employee development discussion.負(fù)責(zé)員工發(fā)展，如：發(fā)展對(duì)話、個(gè)人發(fā)展討論；
4. participate in the personnel marketing activities such as special job fair, campus promotion and etc.參與人力資源營(yíng)銷活動(dòng)，如：專場(chǎng)招聘會(huì)、校園宣講等；
5. participate in or lead a specific HR project 參與或主導(dǎo)指定的人力資源項(xiàng)目。
要求：
4 to 8 years HR work experience, expertise in recruiting or employee development, basic understanding on compensation and benefit system and leadership development, MNC HR experience is preferred
4-8年HR工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)，精通招聘或員工發(fā)展、對(duì)薪資福利體系和領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力發(fā)展有基本認(rèn)識(shí)；跨國(guó)公司HR工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)優(yōu)先；
- be initiative and high work independency, HR project experience is preferred
工作主動(dòng)并獨(dú)立工作能力強(qiáng)，HR項(xiàng)目經(jīng)驗(yàn)優(yōu)先；
- strong learning ability and result oriented很強(qiáng)的學(xué)習(xí)能力和結(jié)果導(dǎo)向；
- Excellent communication and convincing capability優(yōu)秀的溝通能力和影響力；
- good pressure coping良好的抗壓能力
- Good command of English oral and written良好的英文；
