職位描述：
- 為客戶提供現(xiàn)場維修及儀器校準(zhǔn)服務(wù)；
- 對儀器進(jìn)行日常修理、維護(hù)及校準(zhǔn)；
- 與公司其他團(tuán)隊(duì)緊密合作，完成售后目標(biāo)額；
- 處理客戶問題，提供技術(shù)咨詢及解決方案；
- 為客戶或代理商提供現(xiàn)場技術(shù)培訓(xùn)；
- 其它上級交付的事宜；
職位需求：
- 大專以上學(xué)歷，兩年以上售后工作或儀器儀表類產(chǎn)品維修經(jīng)驗(yàn)；
- 儀器、電子、自動化或相關(guān)專業(yè)優(yōu)先；
- 能承受一定的工作壓力；
- 工作熱情、耐心、有團(tuán)隊(duì)合作精神；
- 熟練使用office軟件，熟悉ERP/SAP操作尤佳；
- 能適應(yīng)頻繁出差；
- 優(yōu)秀的英語交流、說寫能力；
工作地點(diǎn)：上海

- Conduct daily maintenance, repair and calibration;
- Work with other team member and achieve after-sales target
- Collect customer information and help solve problem
- Provide on-site technical training to customer and dealer
- Other tasks assigned from team leader
Job Requirement:
- college degree above, minimum two years working experience in after-sales or with instruments repair;
- Major in instrument, electronic or other related subjects preferred
- Able to work under pressure
- Initiative, enthusiasm, patient, team player
- Familiar with MS Office, knowledge of ERP/SAP is an advantage
- Willing to travel frequently
