負(fù)責(zé)編制項(xiàng)目方案、預(yù)算、進(jìn)度計(jì)劃和實(shí)施細(xì)則。
負(fù)責(zé)并確保項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量,項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度及合理成本。
負(fù)責(zé)項(xiàng)目設(shè)計(jì)和具體實(shí)施，協(xié)調(diào)解決項(xiàng)目實(shí)施中出現(xiàn)的問題。
負(fù)責(zé)項(xiàng)目完成后的跟進(jìn)與技術(shù)支持。
培訓(xùn)和指導(dǎo)團(tuán)隊(duì)人員的日常工作。
建立及貫徹項(xiàng)目管理制度，項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理還應(yīng)負(fù)責(zé)建立和貫徹項(xiàng)目管理制度，包括項(xiàng)目費(fèi)用、溝通、文檔等的管理。
跟客戶建立良好的合作關(guān)系，共同完成合同所規(guī)定的項(xiàng)目目標(biāo)。
To establish Project Plan, Budget, Schedule of process and detail rules of implementation.
Responsible to ensure project quality, project progress and projects cost reasonable.
Responsible for the implementation of the project, and coordinate to solve the problems during the process.
Responsible for the follow-up issues and technical support after project finished.
Make training and coaching of project team.
Build up and follow up the management regulations for project management, including project cost, communication and documentation management..
Establish a good relationship with customer to jointly achieve the contractual target.
任職要求：
本科及以上學(xué)歷，3年以上工程項(xiàng)目管理或類似工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)，冶金機(jī)械設(shè)備、液壓設(shè)備工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)，優(yōu)秀的獨(dú)立工作能力與團(tuán)隊(duì)合作精神，勤奮努力，身體健康并能適應(yīng)經(jīng)常出差。
高速線材型材或有色金屬設(shè)備工程項(xiàng)目管理經(jīng)歷
機(jī)械或機(jī)電專業(yè)背景
良好的邏輯思維和語言表達(dá)能力，具有較強(qiáng)的溝通愿望
良好的英語或德語的聽、說、讀、寫水平
良好的人際溝通能力，善于團(tuán)隊(duì)工作
Bachelor degree or above, +3 years experience of related project management or similar experience. Diligent, independent, teamwork and can travelling frequently.
Project management skill of High speed wires and rod mills or ferrous mechanical equipment.
Mechanical or Mechanical & Electronics Engineering background
Open mind and aggressive
Fluent in English or German
Excellent internal and external communication skill
