Principal Area of Responsibility主要工作職責(zé):
1） Work closely with customer, design new products based on customer specification.
與客戶緊密溝通合作，理解其技術(shù)要求，并根據(jù)客戶規(guī)格，設(shè)計(jì)開發(fā)新產(chǎn)品。
2） Cooperate with engineers from headquarter to introduce product into Suzhou facility.
與美國總部工程師合作把產(chǎn)品導(dǎo)入蘇州工廠。

Specific Duties具體要求：
1） Basic skill for Pro-E, AutoCAD and Simulation software.
能使用Pro-E，AutoCAD或其它仿真軟件。
2）Deeply understanding on electric-magnetic theory, has the ability to develop new products.
深入理解產(chǎn)品的基本原理，并具有拓展開發(fā)新產(chǎn)品的能力。
3）Analysis and solve technical and quality problems during the manufacturing process.
有能力分析和解決產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)過程中技術(shù)和質(zhì)量問題。
4）Fluent written and spoken English.
流利的英文交流能力。
