Main Responsibilities:
主要職責(zé)：
· Development of the Solanum products(Tomato, Eggplant, Pepper) throughout China.
· 負(fù)責(zé)茄果類產(chǎn)品（番茄，茄子，甜椒）在中國的產(chǎn)品開發(fā)。
· Follow the activity of Vilmorin and MKS in the Chinese market of the solanum crops.
· 密切跟進(jìn)威馬和米可多協(xié)和在中國茄果類產(chǎn)品市場的業(yè)務(wù)。
· Collect, report and update market and competition information for the solanum crops to the Development Manager and maintain accurately the
database.
· 收集并及時更新茄果類產(chǎn)品的市場信息和競爭對手信息，向中國區(qū)產(chǎn)品開發(fā)經(jīng)理匯報。定時維護(hù)數(shù)據(jù)庫，確保其準(zhǔn)確性。
· Propose and build trial plan to the Development Manager.
· 制定試驗(yàn)計劃，提供給產(chǎn)品開發(fā)經(jīng)理。
· In close cooperation with the sales team, put in place and follow an experimentation plan with the regional distributors, and other partners.
· 與銷售團(tuán)隊密切合作，與當(dāng)?shù)亟?jīng)銷商和其他合作人員共同實(shí)施試驗(yàn)計劃并跟進(jìn)。
· Evaluate new products, report trials evaluations, draw conclusions and propose solutions to the company management.
· 對新品種表現(xiàn)進(jìn)行評估，報告評估結(jié)果，給出結(jié)論，并提出品種改進(jìn)建議，匯報給上級。
· Provide technical support locally to the sales team and the distributors
· 為中國區(qū)銷售團(tuán)隊和地方經(jīng)銷商提供專業(yè)的技術(shù)支持。
· Participate and contribute to communication and promotion actions (product launches, field days, brochures, expositions, seminars,
advertisements, billboards, etc.).
· 積極參與并協(xié)助產(chǎn)品推廣和宣傳活動（產(chǎn)品發(fā)布會，田間現(xiàn)場會，宣傳冊，展覽會，研討會，廣告，廣告牌制作等）。
Profile:

Education: Agronomist or similar background
學(xué)歷：農(nóng)業(yè)專業(yè)或相關(guān)專業(yè)背景
Experience: minimum 5 years in seed development or sales, with very good knowledge of Solanum crops
經(jīng)驗(yàn)：在種子行業(yè)有至少5 年的市場開發(fā)或銷售經(jīng)驗(yàn)，熟悉茄果類作物。
Fluent in Chinese. Autonomous in English.
語言：中文。掌握基本英語,能夠基本溝通。
