1. Purchasing Manager
Responsibilities


Take off quantities from drawings, scrutiny/preparation of cost estimates, tenders, contracts and subcontract documents, evaluation of variation order and payment claims and settlement of final accounts
To assist in carrying out cost control and contract administration, preparing cost estimate and tender documents
Proficient in dealing with contractual issues with strong commercial / contractual sense and sound analytical mind
Requirements


Degree holder in Quantity Surveying
At least 10 years' relevant post-qualification experience acquired from large property developers/consulting firms with solid China Project Experiences
Developer experience an added advantage
Ability to work independently, self-motivated with strong leadership
Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Purchasing Manager.
