工作職責(zé)：Job Responsibilities
1.充分了解工程相關(guān)狀況及甲方的相關(guān)要求，具體執(zhí)行項(xiàng)目的方案設(shè)計(jì);
Fully understand the related requirements of clients and status of projects, detail and specify the concept design of the project;
2.配合主創(chuàng)設(shè)計(jì)師及以上級別設(shè)計(jì)師參與設(shè)計(jì)技術(shù)工作，能夠在主創(chuàng)設(shè)計(jì)師的指導(dǎo)下獨(dú)立完成項(xiàng)目總圖深化工作，以及獨(dú)立完成分析圖的設(shè)計(jì)工作;
Assist superiors to take part of the progress of design, detail and specify the master plan of the project; accomplish the design of analysis chart independently;
3.在主創(chuàng)設(shè)計(jì)師的指導(dǎo)下獨(dú)立完成項(xiàng)目戶型平面和立面的設(shè)計(jì)及深化工作，并參與向客戶的各階段成果匯報(bào);
Detail the layout plane and the elevation design under the supervision of the senior designer,and report to the client at each stage of the progress;
4.對圖紙進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)方面的審定并及時提出修改意見;
Provide suggestions and processing approval for the drawing;
5.配合并輔助主任設(shè)計(jì)師完成項(xiàng)目的組織管理工作，并能積極和業(yè)主溝通，解決相應(yīng)問題;
Coordinate and assist the senior design to organize and manage projects, retain positive communication with clients and solve related problems;
6.對相關(guān)項(xiàng)目組成員的工作進(jìn)度及工作質(zhì)量進(jìn)行有效監(jiān)督，及時解決助理建筑師、助理設(shè)計(jì)師提出的相關(guān)設(shè)計(jì)問題;
Supervised the working progress and qualities of team members, able to make solutions according to the junior levels;
7.定時向上級匯報(bào)或溝通項(xiàng)目及設(shè)計(jì)進(jìn)度的工作情況;
Report the work progress to superiors in time;
8.執(zhí)行上級分配的其他任務(wù)。
Execute the other assignments.

任職要求：Job Requirements
1.要求建筑學(xué)專業(yè)本科以上學(xué)歷;
Bachelor or above degrees in architecture design
2.具有3年以上建筑設(shè)計(jì)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn);
3 years or above experiences in architectural design field;
3.熟練使用AutoCAD, Photoshop;能操作3Dmax,Powerpoint等軟件更佳;
Advanced in AutoCAD, Photoshop, preferable with 3Dmax, Powerpoint;
4.能吃苦耐勞，具有很強(qiáng)的事業(yè)心，良好的團(tuán)隊(duì)合作精神，責(zé)任心強(qiáng);
Hardworking, motivated, strong sense of responsibilities and team working;
5.具備英語聽說寫能力優(yōu)先考慮。
Preferable with good English skills.
