Scope and Responsibilities：崗位職責(zé)
Manage shift team to work in accordance with HSE requirements, Lead one production shift to execute the shift production plan
管理運(yùn)行值日常工作，遵守相關(guān)HSE規(guī)定要求，帶領(lǐng)一個(gè)運(yùn)行值完成該值生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃；
Manage shift team to operate according to production SOP
根據(jù)SOP生產(chǎn)流程，管理運(yùn)行值正常運(yùn)行；
To conduct the start / shutdown of boiler and emergency operation process, enable the plant operate normally.
負(fù)責(zé)執(zhí)行鍋爐啟動(dòng)、關(guān)閉和應(yīng)急操作程序，確保工廠正常運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)；
Good communication with day team, maintenance and warehouse, and treat the problem together
負(fù)責(zé)與日班組、維護(hù)人員及倉(cāng)管人員溝通，一起協(xié)調(diào)處理問(wèn)題；
Co-ordination of communication between lab and production shift
在實(shí)驗(yàn)室和生產(chǎn)操作組間協(xié)調(diào)溝通；
Initiate the measures against process disorder, product quality problem, technical malfunction or any other irregular occurrence. On-shift trouble-shooting
在生產(chǎn)工藝失調(diào)、生產(chǎn)質(zhì)量出現(xiàn)問(wèn)題、技術(shù)故障或其他非正常情況下采取措施，當(dāng)值解決問(wèn)題；
Responsible for checking in-house inventory and coordinating raw material logistics
負(fù)責(zé)進(jìn)庫(kù)物資清點(diǎn)記錄，協(xié)調(diào)原料流通分配；
Complete shift book and ensure that plant handover to the successor shifts well.
完成輪班排班表，保證輪班交接工作順利進(jìn)行；
Train the operator about the process and the operation regularly
定期給操作員進(jìn)行關(guān)于操作和流程的培訓(xùn)；
Take charge of the whole plant during non-daily working hours
在非日班工作時(shí)間，負(fù)責(zé)全廠生產(chǎn)。
Experience：崗位經(jīng)歷要求：
With 3 years’ operating experience in incineration plant, cogeneration plant, steel mills or electric arc furnace.
在焚燒廠，熱電站，冶煉廠或電弧爐等三年工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)；
With A-class boiler operating license. 具備一級(jí)鍋爐操作從業(yè)資格證
With license related to first pressure vessels.
具備一級(jí)壓力設(shè)備相關(guān)的從業(yè)資格證
Education：教育背景
Bachelor: major in technology/environment engineering
學(xué)士學(xué)位：電氣或環(huán)境工程專業(yè)
Working Skills:工作技能
Good computer skills; Basic English.
精通計(jì)算機(jī)；基本的英語(yǔ)溝通能力
