職位概要Summary
Have the responsibility to reach production targets of the welding plant including quality, output, EHS, human resources etc. as well as continuously striving for improvement of products’ quality, efficiency and decrease of production cost. Implement all kinds of regulations and policies of the company and standards of process, technology and quality.

30歲-40歲 within 30-40
- 教育程度或?qū)I(yè)Education Level (specialty):
本科或本科以上學(xué)歷，工科院校畢業(yè);機(jī)械類專業(yè)、材料工程類專業(yè); bachelor’s degree and above with mechanical or material engineering background;
- 工作經(jīng)驗Experience related:
10年以上工作經(jīng)驗，至少具5年管理經(jīng)驗，有從事鐵路配件企業(yè)管理經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先考慮，能熟悉鋁合金車體制作工藝流程者最好。
10 years wielding and fabrication working experience among which at least 5 years as managerial role; Rolling stock or aluminum car body manufacturing experience are preferable;

具有良好英語溝通能力，具有較強(qiáng)的漢語語言和文字表達(dá)能力;

能熟練運(yùn)用各種辦公軟件，熟悉CAD、CATIA等工程繪圖軟件
Familiar with PC software, esp. engineering software such as CAD, CATIA, etc.
