ESSENTIAL DUTIES OF THE JOB 工作職責(zé)

?Edit Quality procedure and some TS documents;
編制質(zhì)量程序及相關(guān)TS文件
?Analyzing data with quality tools and submit to related department;
使用質(zhì)量工具進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)分析，及時(shí)發(fā)布至相關(guān)部門。
?Use 8D methodology to solve quality problems;
使用8D的工作方法解決質(zhì)量問(wèn)題。
?Update TOP issue every week/month, break down the issues to responsible departments and push for solving issue.
每月、周更新TOP問(wèn)題，進(jìn)行責(zé)任分解并推動(dòng)解決
?Attend related review for operation activities, audit each activity comply with TS and risk control requirements
參與生產(chǎn)活動(dòng)中的相關(guān)評(píng)審，監(jiān)督各項(xiàng)活動(dòng)符合體系及風(fēng)險(xiǎn)控制的要求。
?Other authorize or assignments from Superior leaders.
負(fù)責(zé)處理上級(jí)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)授權(quán)與交辦的其它事務(wù)

?Fluent in Mandarin and excellent English reading and writing;

?Familiar with common computer applications.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE 教育背景與工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)要求
Must 必備
?Engineering education background with a bachelor’s degree or above;

?Skill in quality tools.

?Over 5 years’ work experience and at least 1 years’ experience in Quality of diesel engine area;
5年以上工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)，至少1年柴油機(jī)質(zhì)量經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
Preferred 優(yōu)先
?Applicants with experience of writing quality management programs would receive preference.

?At least 3 years’ work experience in auto industry, especially in diesel engine area;

?Familiar with program management.
