1.Bachelor degree or above in Veterinary Science and Animal Husbandry, pharmaceutical engineering or feeding engineering Animal Nutrition
2.Multi plants management experience is must
3.5-8 years of experience in production quality management of manufacturing in MNC
4.Knowledge of quality standards (ISO,GMP,HACCP)-Advanced Level
5.3 years NIR experience-Advanced level
6.Knowledge of quality reporting – Advanced level
7.English skills in oral and written – Advanced level
8.Ability to directing and guiding a group of employees in the performance of their tasks;
9.Ability to establishing and maintaining the team spirit and joint activities needed to achieve a set goal.
10.Ability to setting high standards regarding one's own work and acting accordingly; showing dissatisfaction with merely average performance.
11.Ability to setting high standards regarding the quality of products and services and acting accordingly.
