Occupational Illness and Injure 處理工傷事件
Reports all occupational illness and injures in time and participates associated investigation to ensure that root causes to be identified and aggressive correct actions being implemented in site及時報告所有的職業(yè)疾病和損傷事件，參與相關(guān)的調(diào)查，以確保找到根本原因，并在現(xiàn)場采取主動的糾正措施 Legal Compliance合規(guī)
Keeps tracking local laws & regulations trends on HSE, and initiates proactive measures to ensure full compliance on legal requirements保持跟蹤與HSE相關(guān)的地方法律和法規(guī)動態(tài)，提出主動措施，確保完全遵守法律規(guī)定 Risk Assessment風(fēng)險評估分析
Participates H&S risk assessment and JSA all over site, by supporting of CFT通過支持多職能（CFT）小組，參與合資廠各處的健康和安全風(fēng)險評估和工作安全分析 MOC system HSE Review 變更管理系統(tǒng)HSE審核
Assists to set up MOC system for new machine/equipment/facility HSE review and approval協(xié)助設(shè)立對新機(jī)器/設(shè)備/設(shè)施進(jìn)行HSE審核和批準(zhǔn)的變更管理（MOC）系統(tǒng) HSE Inspection & Performance Evaluation HSE檢查和績效評審
Supports measuring HSE performance via involve in periodical check, inspection and auditing to site level, and implements discipline actions on any violation and non-compliance通過參與定期檢查、檢驗和審核合資廠情況，協(xié)助衡量HSE績效，并對違反或不遵守的情況予以懲處
Involves in periodical review HSE procedure, program, performance by supporting of site CFT via analyze its data and trend分析CFT數(shù)據(jù)和趨向，支持合資廠CFT，定期審核HSE流程、項目和績效
Assists to prepare HSE performance to site top management and CSC HSE in time, normally monthly, as required協(xié)助按時向合資廠高層和中國支持中心HSE部門報告HSE績效，一般一月一次，具體視要求而定 HSE Support專業(yè)支持
Provides technical and professional supports to functional departments and individuals on any HSE issues向各職能部門和個人提供與HSE問題相關(guān)的技術(shù)和專業(yè)支持 Continuous Improvement持續(xù)改進(jìn)
Participates in site H&S committee among various level to foster employees involvement and drives site continuous improvement參與合資廠各個級別的健康和安全委員會，鼓勵員工參與和推動合資廠的持續(xù)改進(jìn)活動
Improves Health, Safety & Environment competitiveness and customer satisfaction by driving continuous improvement activities and inspiring innovations of ingenious products, services, solutions and processes通過推動持續(xù)改進(jìn)活動和鼓勵創(chuàng)新產(chǎn)品、服務(wù)、解決方案和流程，提高健康安全環(huán)境部門的競爭力和客戶滿意度
Competency Requirements 能力要求：
Bachelor’s degree or above, major in Science Engineering, Environment or related field preferred 本科或以上學(xué)歷，工程類、環(huán)境或相關(guān)專業(yè)優(yōu)先3 years work experience in HSE related function at least, ideally in manufacturing environment, automotive industry experience preferred. 在HSE相關(guān)領(lǐng)域有3年以上工作經(jīng)驗，在制造行業(yè)和汽車行業(yè)優(yōu)先。 Emergency response planning 緊急情況對策計劃 Familiar with local HSE related regulation 熟悉與HSE相關(guān)的地方法規(guī)EHS program implementation EHS 項目實施
