Principal Accountabilities ＜Key areas of responsibilities and functions ＞
1、Capable to design and update
a) 2D and 3D product and mold drawing;
b) Fixture or jig drawing;
c) Layout of the plant drawing;
All drawing shall be meet Company, Customer and Project Manager’s Requirements;
2、Maintain document and drawing daily;
3、Match Company's Core Value during the customer visit;
4、Keep safety, quality, cost and service value during the daily work.
Engineering experience ( ＞3 years experience);
1、Familiar with CATIA and TS****** quality system;
2、Familiar with Autocad, Unigraphics and solid edge;
3、Good English communication with writing and oral ( mandatory);
4、Spanish will be preferred.
5、Good as be team member and team work
6、Focus on detail;
7、Follow company's discipline
崗位職責：
1. 產(chǎn)品公差設計（DTS、GD&T、RPS）；
2. 公差分析建模與驗證；
3. 檢測計劃制定；
4. 配合尺寸公差設計及測量設備、檢具招標，負責技術評價及簽定；
5. 參與測量設備及檢具的規(guī)劃、制造、驗收；
6. 試制件匹配尺寸管理；
7. 批產(chǎn)初期陪產(chǎn)及尺寸分析；
8、把控產(chǎn)品圖紙的審核；
9、和CAE工程師合作優(yōu)化產(chǎn)品設計；
10、負責根據(jù)客戶的需要設計出大致的方案并安排部下工作；
12、根據(jù)客戶的需要開發(fā)和更改設計；
13、根據(jù)實際情況修訂公司圖紙標準；
14、完成領導要求的其他工作。
