This position takes sales for MSMS/sequencing in selected Region, to ensure the integration and growth of products development, marketing, and sales in the market to satisfy local customer needs./在所轄區(qū)域內(nèi)完成串聯(lián)質(zhì)譜以及測序等相關(guān)服務(wù)的銷售,保證區(qū)域內(nèi)產(chǎn)品信息、市場等信息整合、業(yè)務(wù)增長以滿足客戶需求。Key responsibilities include/主要職責(zé)a) Achieve annual achievement of multiple order and revenue targets /完成所轄區(qū)域內(nèi)的銷售任務(wù)b) Prospecting for customers and business opportunities, and qualifying new leads / 挖掘區(qū)域內(nèi)客戶需求和商業(yè)機(jī)會(huì)c) Providing local market analysis and development/execution of action plans to drive product sales/提供所在轄區(qū)內(nèi)的市場分析/執(zhí)行公司的銷售策略以達(dá)成銷售業(yè)績d) Provide Sales and product support to all sales in terms of individual deal to win the customers and close the transactions /支持所屬銷售團(tuán)隊(duì)共同完成客戶轉(zhuǎn)化和銷售過程Qualifications /職位要求:
a) Minimum bachelor degree on Molecular /biology and other related field /生物學(xué)或相關(guān)專業(yè)本科畢業(yè))b) At least 3 years solid experience in healthcare industry taking various commercial roles, with track record in either Sales or Marketing functions /在IVD/醫(yī)療器械等相關(guān)公司有三年以上銷售管理相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)c) Good command of selling skills, including negotiation, communication /較強(qiáng)的交流談判技巧d) Strong leadership capabilities, including planning and execution, KOL development, influencing skills /有比較強(qiáng)的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)能力包括影響力/執(zhí)行力以及維護(hù)重點(diǎn)客戶的能力
