Authoring Manager JD: 1. Responsible to the daily operation of Technical Information Department. 2. Cooperate with the counterpart in HQ (in USA) to plan and manage the projects assignment and ensure the reasonable chargeability. 3. Lead the projects management (start – plan – execute – monitor – delivery – lessons learned). 4. Reasonably integrate and use the company resources to meet projects requirements and ensure quality and delivery to satisfy clients. 5. Continuously improve the working process to optimize the operation cost (which covers quality, efficiency and management). 6. Enhance team building and stability. 7. Fully support Sales Department and Marketing Department. Requirements: 1. Strong leadership, communication skills, executive force and teamwork spirit 2. Strong capability on problem finding/analysis/solution 3. Excellent self-learner with strong capability to instruct others 4. Excellent program management experience with 3 years or more (PMP certificate would be a plus) 5. Good knowledge about automotive industry and English (oral & written) 6. Working experience with 5 years or more 7. Bachelor degree with no major restriction
