Designing and improving partly or in total power tools and its components. This includes

- Analyze external and internal customer’s requirement.and generate design concepts
分析內(nèi)外部顧客需求并提出設(shè)計概念
- Layout and optimization of whole transmission system considering industrial design requirements
結(jié)合工業(yè)設(shè)計的要求對整個傳動系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行布局和優(yōu)化
- Construction by using Pro/E
用ProE設(shè)計零件，整機(jī)
- Calculations of stability and strength
進(jìn)行穩(wěn)定性和強(qiáng)度計算
- Tolerance calculations
公差計算
- Material selection based on requirements and strength properties
根據(jù)強(qiáng)度要求進(jìn)行材料選型
- Work with suppliers on the manufacturing processes like plastic molding, machining steel parts, stamping parts
和供應(yīng)商一起確定塑料模具類、金屬機(jī)械加工類及沖壓類零件的生產(chǎn)工藝
-Work with internal team for tool assembly
和內(nèi)部團(tuán)隊一起完成電動工具的組裝生產(chǎn)
Requirements 任職資格：
- Master degree in Mechanical Engineering or related
機(jī)械專業(yè)大學(xué)碩士學(xué)歷
- Good knowledge in mechanical design, strength properties, gear transmissions
精通機(jī)械設(shè)計、強(qiáng)度校核及齒輪傳動
- Good at Pro/E
熟練使用Pro/E軟件
- Fluent in both spoken and written English
英語流利
- Teamwork orientation, good communication and organization ability
良好的溝通、協(xié)調(diào)和組織能力
- Innovation spirit
