Functional area:
1. Contract review and provide legal support
2. Draft,review contract
3. Provide practical legal advice on and hanlde contract disputes in time
4. Coordinate with internal departments to provide support for dealting with arbitration and litigation the company involved including but not limited to investigate the facts of a case ,conducte legal research ,organize and manage files ,documents, file documents with courts
5. Maitain intime and traceble documentation of the work involved
6. Other works assigned by manager and company
Requirements
1. Bachelor degree or the above
2. Good communication and coordination skills

4. Strong sense of responsibility
