Job Description
Execute Value Stream Production Planning, Raw material planning, and customer order fulfillment
Establish S&OP standardized process of customer fluctuation and improvement
Support Value stream step up the mid and longer term capacity planning.
Lead Supplier Collaboration and Cost saving project, Suppliers development ( SSL3) and Establish standardized Supplier and customer Interfaces (via EDI or WebEDI)
Focus on CID projects and TTM Project as LPV to achieve departments main KPI's (SL1,TCT, SCC, LT0).
Lead the Leveling/Decoupling systems in manufacturing and implement BPS system in team. Coordinate SC Value Stream (VSM,VSD,VSP)
Support implementation of department vision and strategy and establish standards within the team.
