職責(zé)概述：負(fù)責(zé)處理新產(chǎn)品開發(fā)階段相關(guān)issue, 為客端對AUO的技術(shù)窗口
詳細(xì)工作內(nèi)容：
1.Customer complaint handling：Receive customer complaint and provide optimized response to customer
2.Driving for continuous improvement to achieve MP criteria and higher customer satisfaction：To be the coordinator of NPI issue, providing solution and corrective action plan to customer to get MP approval.
3.Representative of AUO in attending customer's design issue review meeting and quality meetings：Well-known product spec., development status, process and quality criteria and could negotiate with customer.
4.Customer audit handling：To be the coordinator of audit during NPI stage and let audit Pass.
應(yīng)聘要求：
2年以上新產(chǎn)品設(shè)計、研發(fā)或整合、制程相關(guān)經(jīng)驗，有光電行業(yè)經(jīng)驗較佳
