Qualifications and Experience
？？Bachelor degree, major in Accounting or Finance;
？？At least 7 years of working experience in Accounting and finance area, at least 3 years of experience in the general ledger accounting function, with a clear overall understanding of process/data flows.
？？Experience in industrial companies, either manufacturing or trading, is required. Prior working experience in multinational companies is strongly preferred.
？？Good communication skills across departments and external parties.
？？Good experience in ERP systems (such as SAP, Oracle, Kingdee), IFS experience is strongly preferred;
？？Good English capabilities, at least passing Level 4 exam, preferably passing Level 6 exam.
