REGULAR RESPONSIBILITIES 日常職責(zé)
Lead and manage contract negotiations with suppliers to secure pricing, payment terms, lead time, capacity, delivery terms, logistics performance and quality from a total-cost-of-ownership;
Develop and implement Vendor Performance Management plan to enhance supplier performance and service quality;
Identify new suppliers with capabilities to manufacture existing products and develop new products, expanding current supplier base to reduce risks and improve product portfolio
Drive cost optimization and cost savings, process improvement, product quality and service improvements to enhance supplier value proposition and meet organization objectives for productivity;
Report direct material cost saving, sourcing project progress and open issues to GM weekly to make sure all open items solved quickly;
Cross-functional collaboration with STAUFF China organization (quality team, purchasing team etc.) and other group companies worldwide for any problem of supplier;
Build up a strong professional sourcing team;
Other tasks assigned by GM.
REQUIREMENT OF PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE 知識(shí)技能要求
- Bachelor degree and above;
- Major in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or equal;
- Above 5 years sourcing experience and minimum 3 years of team management experience in MNC, hydraulic industry is highly preferred;
- Integrity and honest, can-do attitude with practical operation. - Strong planning and analytical ability;
- Good communication skills in Chinese and English;
