工作職責(zé)1.Ensures safe work environment and injury prevention in the plant shop floor.2.Drive manufacturing process and productivity improvements through the team in the plant.3.Work with the plant team to ensure operation KPIs are met.4.Identify opportunities at the plants for waste minimization.5.Work closely with the plant procurement to seek out savings opportunities as it relates to procurement of raw materials and plant supplies.6.Manage NWC as it relates to inventory control at the plants.7.Work with HR to enhance the skills of the front line leaders as well as the operation workers.8.Work with Regional colleagues for plant annual budgetary process as it relates to capital expenditures, etc.9.Coordinate and communicate with the sales team to ensure customers' needs are met and customers' complaints are minimized.10.Utilize initiatives like lean manufacturing, JIT 5S to help the plant enhance their operation efficiency.11.Liaise closely with Regional Engineering and Technical team to keep up-to-date with operation initiatives/changes and ensure these initiatives are implemented consistently at the plant level.12.Use the Performance Management Process to provide feedback and coach direct reports and work with them on their developments.13.Other initiates or activities assigned from superior and management.B.
