Responsibility1. Manage the full HR activities in PCC which will cover recruitment, payroll management, employee relationship and staff development.2. College degree above, Major in business management or human resource2. 3-5 years working experience as HR supervision role in manufacturing sites. 3. Be knowledgeable in labor law and experienced in handling external audits (customer or third party audit agency)4. Proactive and agile character, and good communication & presentation skill5. Good English language skill include verbal, written and listening
