Provide high quality customer services and maintain pleasant customer relationship. Answer customers and customer groups' enquiries professionally and solve their problems tactfully. Keep customer information confidential. Report to supervisor/line manager for customer feedback in time. Maintain HSBC internal control standards,implement and observe Group Compliance Policy and main awareness of operation risk and minimize the likelihood of it occurring.Have strong sense of Anti-ML and implementation.
