負責產(chǎn)品DFM制作和模具layout設(shè)計，評估模具設(shè)計加工制作和沖壓的可行性及存在的風險。
1、理解產(chǎn)品設(shè)計的規(guī)范，理解設(shè)計意圖以及對模具的要求
Understand product specification, design intent, and tooling requirements.
2、進行模具layout設(shè)計并評估模具的可行性
Conduct die layout design and assess tooling feasibility.
3、基于產(chǎn)品，提供模具相關(guān)的基本信息，確保最終金屬產(chǎn)品用報告或3D圖檔準確的反映和描述
Provide tooling basic information in the view of product, ensure “metal part” is properly reflected & presented with report or CAD model.
4、強調(diào)指出模具的風險及局限性，提供產(chǎn)品更改建議
Highlight tooling risk & limitation, raise product modification proposal.
5、參加內(nèi)部 & 外部的DFM/模具結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計檢討，據(jù)反饋編制或更新DFM及模具結(jié)構(gòu)
Attend internal & external DFM/layout design review, compile and update DFM/concept according feedback.
6、在收到客戶新產(chǎn)品和反饋期間持續(xù)更新DFM和模具layout設(shè)計
Keep updating DFM & layout design upon receiving new product or customer feedback.
7、維護好DFM報告，模具layout設(shè)計圖檔和相關(guān)文檔
Proper maintain DFM report, layout design & related document.
8、參與設(shè)計標準化的制定
Involve in design specification establish
9、參與設(shè)計查圖工作
Involve in design checking work
任職要求：
1、模具科系大專及以上學歷；
2、5年以上相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗；
3、五年及以上的模具設(shè)計及修模工作經(jīng)驗，以及相關(guān)的模具加工制造經(jīng)驗；
4、具備GD&T（幾何尺寸與公差）相關(guān)技能；
5、熟悉辦公軟件、UG、Auto CAD；
6、熟練掌握英語的說寫能力；
7、較強的溝通能力及應(yīng)變能力；
8、具有良好的溝通、協(xié)調(diào)能力； 工作積極、認真細致、有責任心；
9、良好的壓力承受能力和持續(xù)改善能力；
