崗位職責：
1.Provide designs for Irrigation projects, including drawing generation and material list preparation. 向客戶提供灌溉項目設計方案,包括繪制圖紙、材料單的制作。
2.instructions for Toro products installation. 進行產(chǎn)品安裝指導。
3.Assist dealers in the introduction of new products to end-users and promote sales. 協(xié)助經(jīng)銷商向種植戶推薦托羅產(chǎn)品，從技術角度推廣促成銷售。
4.Assist in the resolution of dealer/customer product problems. 協(xié)助經(jīng)銷商/客戶解決產(chǎn)品相關問題。
5.Conduct product/application training programs for dealers, growers (or end-users). 對經(jīng)銷商、種植戶進行現(xiàn)場產(chǎn)品/設備應用培訓。
6.Advise dealers/growers on specific product application and technical information. 向經(jīng)銷商/種植戶提供關于特定產(chǎn)品應用與技術信息的建議。
7.Undertakes customer-requirements research and collects potential project/sales opportunities and provide to Marketing Department in responsible areas. 在負責區(qū)域進行產(chǎn)品需求調(diào)研; 收集潛在項目和銷售機會信息并提供給市場部門。
8.Assist to develop and maintain sales channels；maintaining contact with industry stake holders in accordance with call plans and customer requirements. 協(xié)助開發(fā)與維護負責區(qū)域內(nèi)的銷售渠道, 保持與行業(yè)人士的聯(lián)系。
9.Receive training and instruction product knowledge, technical service procedures and related conducted by Tech.& Product Support Team ;command and implement the most up to data Technology of TORO products and service standard& procedure in daily work. 接受公司產(chǎn)品技術部對產(chǎn)品知識、技術服務流程的培訓和指導，確保掌握和執(zhí)行最新的托羅產(chǎn)品技術及服務標準與流程。
10.Assist in or implement technical service in cross-regional projects per assignment. 根據(jù)指派協(xié)助完成跨區(qū)域項目的技術支持。
職位要求：
College Degree or above 全日制大專及以上學歷。
Major in Agriculture, Engineering or Mechanic Engineering, etc. 農(nóng)業(yè)、工程或機械相關專業(yè)畢業(yè)。
Minimum of 2 years of experience in irrigation companies or institutes as technical support staff. 至少兩年灌溉企業(yè)或研究機構技術工作經(jīng)驗。
On-site technical supporting and irrigational project sales experience desired. 有灌溉項目現(xiàn)場技術支持及項目銷售經(jīng)驗。
Experience in agronomy, agriculture or irrigation desired. 具備農(nóng)學、農(nóng)技或灌溉相關知識和經(jīng)驗。
Good computer skill, familiar with AutoCAD drawings. 良好的計算機技能、熟練使用AUTOCAD軟件。
Basic English reading and writing, can read English Technical document 具備基本的英文讀寫能力;可閱讀英文技術文件。
Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing with customers, , co-workers, and individuals inside and outside the Company；良好的口頭和書面溝通能力，能夠與客戶、同事等內(nèi)外部關聯(lián)方進行有效地溝通；
Willing to travel 80% above of the time. 將有80%的工作時間需要出差。
