崗位職責(zé):
1、Complete Department operation plan, monitor department operation affairs, and drive department objectives and performance to be achieved;
完成部門運(yùn)營規(guī)劃,監(jiān)控部門運(yùn)營情況,推動部門目標(biāo)及業(yè)績達(dá)成;
2、Focus on department process design and optimization;
專注于部門流程設(shè)計(jì)與優(yōu)化;
-?Assist Department to establish process excellence framework and tools, and implement them in daily process management;
協(xié)助部門搭建流程優(yōu)化的框架和方法并在日常管理中落實(shí);
-Guide and assist Department to standardize process management and initiate process identification, review & revision;
指導(dǎo)并協(xié)助部門標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化流程管理,發(fā)起關(guān)鍵流程界定、梳理、回顧及修訂;
-Build up process evaluation system, monitor and evaluate process performance on a regular basis, provide review report with improvement suggestions;
建立流程評估體系,監(jiān)控并評估流程,出具評估報(bào)告,提出改進(jìn)建議。
3、Drive company digital transformation, understand department business needs, identify opportunities and risk points, form department digital construction plan, cooperate with the IT department to complete Department\'s digital platform construction:
推動公司數(shù)字化轉(zhuǎn)型, 理解部門業(yè)務(wù)需求,識別機(jī)會和風(fēng)險(xiǎn)點(diǎn),形成數(shù)字化建設(shè)方案,與IT部門協(xié)作,完成部門數(shù)字化平臺搭建:
-Dept. Digital system plan, design & Deployment
負(fù)責(zé)部門數(shù)字化系統(tǒng)的計(jì)劃、設(shè)計(jì)及部署
-Dept. Dashboard & Commend center Design & Optimization
負(fù)責(zé)部門數(shù)字化看板及業(yè)務(wù)指揮中心的設(shè)計(jì)與優(yōu)化
4、Work with DDP to define, set up &evaluate Dept. KPI&Metrics
與部門人力資源業(yè)務(wù)伙伴協(xié)作,完成部門關(guān)鍵業(yè)績指標(biāo)的定義、設(shè)置和評估;
5、Conduct CGRM, complete department authorization& authority level set up.
踐行公司合規(guī)管理,完成部門審批授權(quán)設(shè)置與更新;
任職資格:
1、Bachelor degree or above, MBA or master degree preferred;
本科及以上,MBA及碩士優(yōu)先;
2、More than 5 years of operation, process and project management experience;
5年以上運(yùn)營、流程及項(xiàng)目管理經(jīng)驗(yàn);
3、Good at process design, excellent project planning and execution ability;
善于流程設(shè)計(jì),具備出色的項(xiàng)目規(guī)劃和執(zhí)行能力;
4、Advanced communication and coordination skills, quick learning skills and the ability of working under pressure are essential;
具備良好的溝通協(xié)調(diào)能力,快速學(xué)習(xí)能力和抗壓能力
5、Good in enforcement, clear logic, critical thinking and innovation;
良好的執(zhí)行力,邏輯清晰,具有批判性思維和創(chuàng)新意識;
6、Strong presentation and analytical skills;
較強(qiáng)的演講匯報(bào)和分析技能;
7、Excellent English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills;
卓越的英語聽,說,讀,寫能力;
8、Management position in large-scale enterprises (more than 500 people) or overseas study experience preferred.
有大型企業(yè)(500人以上)管理崗位工作或海外留學(xué)工作背景優(yōu)先考慮。
