一、崗位職責
基于電梯行業(yè)法規(guī)及安全標準（如 EN 81 系列、GB 7588 等），制定并維護電梯系統(tǒng)級測試規(guī)范（Test Specification），將法規(guī)和標準要求轉(zhuǎn)化為可執(zhí)行的測試條目、測試方法和判定標準
Develop and maintain elevator system-level Test Specifications based on applicable elevator regulations and safety standards (such as EN 81 series, GB 7588, etc.), translating regulatory and standard requirements into executable **** items, **** methods, and acceptance criteria.
明確電梯系統(tǒng)各功能、性能及安全相關(guān)項目的測試范圍、測試條件、測試步驟和合格判定標準，確保測試規(guī)范具備可操作性
Define the **** scope, **** conditions, **** procedures, and acceptance criteria for elevator system functions, performance, and safety-related items, ensuring that the **** specifications are practical and executable.
根據(jù)產(chǎn)品平臺、配置差異及設計變更情況，定義測試規(guī)范的適用范圍及必要的補充或簡化測試要求；針對新產(chǎn)品、新平臺或重大設計變更，制定系統(tǒng)級驗證計劃，明確需要開展的測試項目、測試順序及驗證深度
Define the applicability of **** specifications and any required additional or reduced ****ing based on product platforms, configuration differences, and design changes; develop system-level validation plans for new products, new platforms, or major design changes, specifying required **** items, **** sequence, and validation depth.
協(xié)調(diào)機械設計，電控設計，安裝，質(zhì)量等相關(guān)團隊，推動測試活動按既定測試規(guī)范和驗證計劃實施
Coordinate with mechanical design, electrical/control design, installation, and quality teams to ensure that ****ing activities are executed in accordance with approved **** specifications and validation plans.
組織對測試結(jié)果的技術(shù)評審，判斷測試是否滿足測試規(guī)范要求，并形成明確的驗證結(jié)論；對測試中發(fā)現(xiàn)的問題進行分析，明確問題性質(zhì)（設計、參數(shù)、系統(tǒng)匹配、測試條件等），并推動整改及復測閉環(huán)
Organize technical reviews of **** results to determine compliance with **** specifications and issue clear validation conclusions; analyze issues identified during ****ing to determine root causes (design, parameters, system integration, **** conditions, etc.) and drive corrective actions and re-****ing to closure.
管理并維護系統(tǒng)驗證相關(guān)技術(shù)文檔，包括測試規(guī)范、測試記錄、驗證報告等，確保驗證過程和結(jié)果具備完整的可追溯性
Manage and maintain system validation documentation, including **** specifications, **** records, and validation reports, ensuring full traceability of validation activities and results.
總結(jié)并沉淀系統(tǒng)驗證經(jīng)驗，將成熟、穩(wěn)定的測試方法轉(zhuǎn)化為標準測試項目，減少重復定義和項目依賴
Capture and consolidate system validation experience, converting proven and stable **** methods into standard **** items to reduce repetitive definition and project-specific dependency.
其他在產(chǎn)品開發(fā)和驗證過程中，對系統(tǒng)級驗證完整性和充分性提出專業(yè)判斷和建議
Provide professional judgment and recommendations on the completeness and adequacy of system-level validation throughout product development and validation phases.
二、任職資格
本科及以上學歷，機械工程、電氣工程、控制工程等相關(guān)專業(yè)
Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Control Engineering, or related disciplines.
5年以上電梯行業(yè)工程設計、驗證、測試管理或相關(guān)經(jīng)驗，其中至少 3年以上體系化驗證經(jīng)驗
More than 5 years of experience in elevator engineering design, validation, ****ing, or related roles, including at least 3 years of experience in structured and systematic validation activities.
熟悉電梯行業(yè)法規(guī)及安全標準（EN 81 系列、GB 7588 等）
Solid knowledge of elevator industry regulations and safety standards, such as the EN 81 series and GB 7588.
能夠獨立編寫或維護電梯系統(tǒng)級測試規(guī)范
Ability to independently develop, maintain, or update elevator system-level **** specifications.
