Main responsibility:
-Improve supplier performance
-Problem solving with suppliers
-Interaction with the Plant Quality departments in China
-Visit reports in English
-Handling and tracking of all supplier issues in China
-Working together with Quality planner and supplier development from purchase
-To conduct T-Audits together with purchase to increase the Chinese supplier base

Job description:
-Tracking of problem solving
-Reporting of supplier issues
-Active work with supplier to improve their skills to Brose needs
-Traveling on request inside China mainland
-Provide problem solving techniques to the suppliers (PDCA)

Job requirement:
-Non Chinese passport holder (this position requires business trip around Asia freely, and it’s not discrimination)
- Bachelor degree or above, major in mechanical, automotive manufacturing, or other comparable
engineering area
-Over 3 years experience in quality and auditing
-Over 3 years of supplier auditing
-Knowledge of problem solving technique
-Basic understanding of metal stamping, plastic and die casting injection processes
-Understanding of assembly process
-Familiar to read drawing
-Capable to conduct audits
-APQP, PPAP, FMEA,
-Training as an auditor
-Fluent English
-Creative, positive, Solid personality, Independent coordination
